The immigration process shouldn't be a black box

Claria was built out of frustration — and a belief that people deserve clarity about one of the most important processes in their lives.

Why we built Claria

Waiting on an immigration case is one of the most stressful experiences people go through. You submit your paperwork, pay your fees, and then… nothing. Weeks go by. Sometimes months. The only way to check is to visit the USCIS website, enter your receipt number manually, and decode cryptic status messages that rarely tell you anything useful.

We built Claria because we lived that experience firsthand. We were tired of refreshing the USCIS website every morning, decoding status codes, and wondering what phrases like “Case Was Received and A Receipt Notice Was Emailed” actually mean for a timeline.

So we built the tool we wished existed: one that monitors your case automatically, explains every update in plain English, and tells you the moment something changes.

What we believe

Clarity over jargon

Government language is dense. We translate every status into something you can actually understand and act on.

Proactive over reactive

You shouldn't have to check. We monitor your case and come to you the moment there's news.

Privacy first

Your immigration data is sensitive. We store only what's necessary and never share it with third parties.

Important disclaimer

Claria is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to USCIS or any U.S. government agency. We are an independent service that reads publicly available case status information. Nothing on this platform constitutes legal advice. For legal guidance, please consult a licensed immigration attorney.
