Case Data
- USCIS receipt numbers you add to your account
- Case nicknames you assign (optional)
- Case status history retrieved from USCIS (publicly available data)
Usage Data
- Pages visited and features used within the Service
- General browser and device type (no fingerprinting)
Payment Data
- Subscription status and plan type
- Full payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy — we never see or store them
2. How We Use Your Information
- To monitor your USCIS cases and detect status changes
- To send you email alerts when your case status changes
- To generate AI-powered explanations of your case status
- To provide the AI Immigration Advisor feature
- To manage your subscription and process payments via Lemon Squeezy
- To improve the accuracy and performance of the Service
- To respond to your support requests
We will never sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage and Security
- Your data is stored securely on Supabase infrastructure hosted in the US East (Virginia) region
- All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
- We apply the principle of least privilege — internal systems only access the data they need
- We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time

5. USCIS Data
- We only access publicly available USCIS case status data — the same information visible at egov.uscis.gov when you enter a receipt number
- We do not access, store, or transmit any sensitive personal immigration documents or full case files
- Case status history is stored in your account to show you a timeline of changes over time
- Claria is not affiliated with USCIS or any U.S. government agency
6. Email Communications
- We send transactional emails only — account confirmations, case status alerts, and security notices
- We do not send marketing or promotional emails without your explicit consent
- You can manage your alert preferences or disable email notifications at any time from your account settings
- Even if you disable alerts, we may still send critical account security emails
7. Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your data:
- Access — You can view all data associated with your account from your dashboard
- Correction — You can update your email address and preferences in account settings
- Deletion — You can permanently delete your account and all associated data from account settings. Deletion is irreversible
- Portability — You can request an export of your case data by contacting us
- Opt-out — You can disable email notifications at any time from settings

8. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
