• Case status history is stored in your account to show you a timeline of changes over time
• Claria is not affiliated with USCIS or any U.S. government agency

• We send transactional emails only — account confirmations, case status alerts, and security notices

• You can manage your alert preferences or disable email notifications at any time from your account settings
• Even if you disable alerts, we may still send critical account security emails
