By accessing or using Claria (“the Service”) at claria.services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Claria is a USCIS immigration case status monitoring tool that allows you to track your immigration cases and receive automated alerts when your case status changes. The Service includes:

• Automated monitoring of USCIS case status via publicly available data
• AI-powered explanations of case status updates in plain English and Spanish
• Email alerts when your case status changes
• An AI Immigration Advisor for general immigration questions

3. Free and Paid Plans

Claria offers the following subscription tiers:

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change with advance notice. Paid features require an active subscription.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate USCIS receipt numbers for the cases you wish to monitor
• Keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others
• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any access controls, rate limits, or security measures
• Not use the Service to monitor cases that do not belong to you or that you are not authorized to access on behalf of another person
• Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
• Case status information will be real-time or perfectly accurate at all times
• AI-generated explanations are complete, accurate, or constitute legal advice
• The Service will meet your specific immigration needs

Claria is not a law firm. We are not affiliated with USCIS, the Department of Homeland Security, or any U.S. government agency. We are not responsible for any immigration decisions, delays, or outcomes. The AI Immigration Advisor provides general information only — not legal advice.

6. Payment Terms

• Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis
• Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing, you also agree to Lemon Squeezy's terms of service
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods or unused time after cancellation
• If a payment fails, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship at any time:

• You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. This will permanently delete your data
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in abuse, or pose a security risk, with or without notice
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Paid subscriptions will not be refunded upon termination for cause

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to your registered address. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from the use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other legal remedies.
